Japanese neck coolers

If you’ve ever visited Japan in summer, you know how hot and humid it can get here.  So how can you survive? Wear a neck cooler! While checking out Loft today in Kawagoe, I found these fine products that are supposed to ease your suffering in this heat. The first one is called Magicool. Just dip it in cold water, wrap it around your neck and voilá — instant relief! The second one, Neck Cool, is meant to be worn by girls.
